The Second Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra Composition Competition Final Selection has been held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space on Sunday, 8 November 2009. The prizewinners have been finalized as follows:

		First Prize Masahiro Yamauchi (JAPAN) / Sora-no-Toki for Wind Orchestra
		Second Prize Franciscon Zacares Fort (SPAIN) / De Causis   -The Order of the Chaos
		Third Prize Yasutaki Inamori (JAPAN) / Grande Arabesque for Symphonic Band
		Jury Member Special Prize Tatsuya Hirano (JAPAN) / Notturuno for Wind Orchestra
		Fennell Special Prize Franciscon Zacares Fort (SPAIN) / De Causis   -The Order of the Chaos
